Our products are 100% natural, sun-cooked, and handcrafted in small batches. Unlike factory-made products, you may notice slight variations in color, texture, or scent between different batches. This is a sign of purity and natural ingredients, not a defect.
This product is a herbal cosmetic preparation intended for grooming and hair care. It is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease (such as Alopecia or other medical hair loss conditions). Results may vary from person to person.
Our oil contain natural ingredients (Coconut, Hibiscus, Fenugreek, etc.) which are generally safe. However, natural ingredients can cause allergic reactions in some individuals. We strongly recommend performing a patch test on your forearm before full use. We are not responsible for individual allergic reactions.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

We ship fresh batches weekly. Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days across India depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if the request is made within 4 hours of placing the order (or before the shipping label is generated). Once the tracking number is generated/shipped, cancellations are not possible.
Due to the hygienic nature of personal care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used bottles.
